Waterview Lodge has 3 private
guest suites. The Harbour and River suites hav
e their own private balconies with panoramic
sea views of Opua, Waikare Inlet and the Kawakawa River.
Both
suites have king size beds, are spacious, private and tastefully
decorated with antiques and collectibles from New Zealand
and Asia. The décor includes New Zealand art and kiwiana,
which depicts many images of the Bay of Islands. The Harbour
suite has coastal scenes by Tony Ogle and the River suite
has a selection of Frederick Hundertwasser's prints. Incidentally,
you can see Hundertwasser's yacht from the River suite balcony.
All suites have ensuites, TV, telephone, refrigerator, tea/coffee
making facilities and off street parking. DVD, video, fax,
office and laundry services are available on request. A guest
computer with internet access is available. All your travel
and tour arrangements can be made through our office.
Continental breakfasts are complimentary with all our suites,
and sumptuous home cooked afternoon teas, picnic lunches and
private dinning are all available, on request.
Waterview Lodge is a "smoke free" environment.
